		Ryan was awarded the State of Utah Young Entrepreneur award in 1996. He has been published in the Utah Career Guide, Desert News, The Salt Lake Tribune, and KSL Channel 5 TV. He has also been featured as a guest speaker for all Utah teachers. Ryan has participated in and been featured on National TV and Newspapers in events in Japan, Korea, Hawaii, and the Western States. Ryan has started, operated, and sold two profitable Utah corporations. Ryan began his career in real estate by working in the mortgage industry. He has vast experience in real estate transactions. Ryan is a home owner and property investor himself.

		Hillaree has a unique talent and special gift for finding the perfect home for everyone. She specializes in home decor evaluation. Hillaree also has vast knowledge in pricing of homes and how to market a home. She has experience in customer service and finding the needs for her clients. She has experience in property management as well as the buying and selling of property. Hillaree played collegiate tennis and was nationally ranked through her tennis career. While in College, Hillaree studied marketing and finance. In past businesses, Hillaree was in charge of Secret Shopping. This would include evaluating their business and how they could improve.

		Krista has a B.S. from the University of Utah in Business and Public Relations. She has worked in office management for over 6 years and has experience in property management, accounting, A/P, A/R, website design and marketing. Krista enjoys helping all deals run smoothly and quickly so that clients know that everything is taken care of for them. She assists in all aspects of the business and would be happy to answer any questions about the company.
